Instructions for Authors
- Unpublished articles and book reviews on themes of Law and Justice Studies will be welcomed. The article should be an original contribution to knowledge and plagiarized work will never be accepted.
- The Authors are solely responsible for the material, comments, and maps etc. stated within the article, in both states, individually or collectively.
- The Editor Journal of Law and Justice Studies will not be responsible for the statements of facts or opinions made by the contributor/s.
- Harvard style of references must be followed for cases, law reports, court proceedings, primary and secondary sources, references, footnotes, bibliography, tables, maps and images etc.
- Only the online submissions will be accepted on A4 paper size single spaced having margins of 1 inch from each side of the paper.
- A copy of the article can be submitted through an email to the Editor as attached file in MS Word having word limits in between 4000 – 5000 words.
- The Authors are requested to take extra care while preparing statistical data and must be confirmed from primary sources.
- The first page of the article must include the Title of the article, name/s of the author/s and their institutional affiliation only.
- The second page must include and Abstract of the article/s by the Author/s not exceeding 150 words and at least 7-8 key words.
- The Editor reserves the right to accept or reject any article for publication in JLJ without any reason.
- The articles will not be published in JLJ, whose authors are not following the above mentioned guidelines.

The aims of JLJ are:

Moreover, the Editor do not accept any responsibility for the above mentioned acts of the authors.
Plagiarism Policy
Journal of Law and Justice follows the International standards for similarity index and
zero tolerance against plagiarized work. It also follows the HEC Plagiarism Policy and the same
can be accessed at HEC website. All the submitted manuscripts are subject to the submission of
similarity index report generated by the Turnitin software. The similarity index of the work
submitted by authors does not exceed 19% and the authors are themselves responsible to rectify
their work if it exceeds more than the required percentage. In case of intellectual idea or data
theft without citing the original author and for which a documentary evidence is provided, the
matter will be referred to the advisory board for thorough investigation. In case of guilty, the
article of the said author will be withdrawn permanently from the JLJ and the author will be
blacklisted.
