Dr. Ali serves as an Assistant Professor at University Law College, University of the Punjab, Lahore. Dr. Ali has started his professional career initially as an advocate and then as an academician. His areas of interests includes procedural laws, foreign investment laws, investment disputes resolution, and international institutions. Dr. Ali has contributed research papers on various legal issues, which have been published in highly reputed national and international research journals. Dr. Ali has accomplished and supervised a number of research projects and thesis on variety of topics. Dr. Ali has been a visiting faculty of various reputed universities throughout Pakistan and served as a visiting exchange scholar at the University of Kansas, USA. He has earned his doctorate in International Investment Laws and currently providing consultancy services in this highly demanding area.
