Dr. Bakht currently serves as a faculty member at University of the Punjab and contributed more than thirty research papers at well-reputed HEC recognized national and international journals. Dr. Bakht has completed his PhD from International Islamic University Islamabad, and a research exchange scholar at University of Kansas, USA. Dr. Bakht is contributing as a visiting faculty at Pakistan Administrative Services (PAS) of the Civil Services of Pakistan, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), University of Management and Technology (UMT), Superior University, and University of Lahore. Dr. Bakht renders services as an editor of the Global Legal System Review, Federal Law Journal, and Scholars Panel.

Dr. Bakht is a constitutional law expert and his work mainly focuses on the constitutionalism and its associated concepts. Dr. Bakht has successfully completed research projects and published research papers on various constitutional and other legal scholarships such as administrative law, commercial laws, and human rights laws.
